Our CEO and Founder
Lez Arly Magdadaro, CPA, CMA, CSCA
Our CEO is seasoned and experienced Financial Management Accountant and Certified Public Accountant, having served in the profession of finance for diversified projects. She had held roles across audit, accounting, taxation and finance in different sectors such as construction and engineering, retail, trading, energy, power, medical and other service-oriented companies.
She holds multiple recognized certifications from United States and Philippines such as US Certified Management Accountant (CMA), US Certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis (CSCA) and PH Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She now leads MB & A CPAs that aims to be the number one accounting firm in Abu Dhabi.
She has been a women in leadership example holding a position as CEO and Founder of MB&A CPAs serving accounting firms support, CFO services, Financial Modeling, Strategic Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Governance, Risk Management and Control reviews and Financial and Assurance Audits.
Our Chairman and Co-Founder
Chad Myko Bayon-on, CPA, CMA, CSCA, CIA
A finance business information advocate, strategist, business consultant and auditor for over 12 years of experience in the field of audit, tax, business consulting, accounting and finance with industry exposure in retail, construction, manufacturing, F&B, government agencies and service industries.
With over 12 years of experience in diversified field, Chad has been leading retail industry, food and beverage industry, hospitality industry and public accounting or chartered accounting industry in the UAE which he serves as a Director for engagements.
Chad has also been leading the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) Abu Dhabi Chapter as a President for the period 2023-2024. He had been an active member and auditor of Philippine Professional Organization (PPO) for 2021 an educator of business planning and conducted several training on business planning for future business leaders.
He is also an active Board Member of Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) Abu Dhabi chapter and holds the position as Vice President for Professional Development and Innovation.
