Currently serving as Chairman and Co-founder of MB&A CPAs, Chad plays a pivotal role in guiding the firm’s mission to provide exceptional accounting and consulting services tailored to the needs of businesses. Certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis (CSCA)

Certified Management Accountant (CMA)

Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)

Chad Myko Bayon-on earned his Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting from the University of San Carlos, with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management, from 2010 to 2014. During this period, he developed strong skills in financial management, budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic business planning, which laid the groundwork for his expertise in managing organizational finances and driving business strategies.
He furthered his education at the Lyceum of Cebu, where he pursued a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, specializing in Accountancy, from 2014 to 2015. Through this program, he gained in-depth knowledge and practical skills in auditing, taxation, accounting principles, and financial reporting, enhancing his ability to navigate complex financial regulations and deliver accurate financial insights.
These academic experiences provided Chad with a well-rounded skill set in both accounting and business management. His education has been instrumental in shaping his career, enabling him to excel in accounting and leadership roles across diverse industries

Role on the engagement
Chad will be the Engagement Partner and will have the ultimate authority to lead the engagement and resolve all technical issues. Chad will attend client meetings requiring key decisions on the audit, tax, and accounting matters, making sure that the findings and concerns have been properly addressed and communicated to senior management and the board.

- Head Engagement Manager and lead for Internal Audit Review of the Government Entity for 2 years.
- Lead Auditor of the Branch Audit of Power and Construction company for 3 years.
- Lead Auditor for the Korean Engineering Branch in Abu Dhabi for 4 years.
- Lead Auditor and Manager to Korean Engineering and Power Company Branches in UAE, including the joint venture of China Engineering Company for Railway Project.
- Team lead and engagement manager for Audit of Multinational Companies and corporations in UAE (more than 200+ Companies)- from different sectors.
- Consultant and lead manager for accounting regularization, business processing reengineering, process flow and system implementation for SME's and Multinational Companies in UAE from different sectors.
- Projected and planned a 5 year 60 Million dollar financial projection on a retail company with over 100 branches in the Philippines.
