Chad Myko Bayon-on earned his Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting from the University of San Carlos, with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management, from 2010 to 2014. During this period, he developed strong skills in financial management, budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic business planning, which laid the groundwork for his expertise in managing organizational finances and driving business strategies.
He furthered his education at the Lyceum of Cebu, where he pursued a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, specializing in Accountancy, from 2014 to 2015. Through this program, he gained in-depth knowledge and practical skills in auditing, taxation, accounting principles, and financial reporting, enhancing his ability to navigate complex financial regulations and deliver accurate financial insights.

- Team lead for Financial Reporting and Forecasting for 3.8-Billion Dollar Power Project in collaboration with from Korea, Japan, France and UAE companies.
- Finance Lead for a group construction company on Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting including variance reporting for a 300Million Dirhams Construction project.
- Team Lead and engagement lead for Audit of Multinational Companies and corporations in UAE (more than 200+ Companies)- from different sectors.
- Lead Auditor and Manager to Ecoplant Company Branch in Korea, including the joint venture project with the contruction of Railway Project in the UAE.
- Team Lead Auditor for an Electric and Power Company that serves more than 60k electric and power consumers in the region.
