Most system projects fail because the software is set up around old habits. We look at the whole flow first, from the first customer enquiry to the final report your management reads.
- Map today’s workflows: sales and invoicing, purchasing and payments, inventory, payroll, expenses and month-end close. Who does what, in which tool, and how long it takes.
- Find the gaps: duplicate data entry, manual spreadsheets, missing approvals, weak controls and reports that arrive too late.
- Design the future workflow: simpler steps, clear approval rights and segregation of duties, and automation where it saves real time.
- Define reporting and KPIs: the management reports, VAT and corporate tax outputs and dashboards you need, built into the design from the start.
- Build it into the system: we configure the system to match the agreed workflow, not the other way round.
- Train, go live and review: your team learns the new way of working, and we review the workflow again after the first month-end.

Which accounting system is right for my business?
It depends on your size, how many transactions you have, whether you hold stock, and what reports you need. We review this with you and recommend Odoo, Xero, QuickBooks or Zoho Books accordingly.
Can you move our data from spreadsheets or another system?
Yes. We migrate opening balances, customers, suppliers, products and open invoices, and check that the balances agree before go-live.
Will the system be set up for UAE VAT?
Yes. We set up the VAT codes and reports so your returns can be prepared from the system, and we check your first VAT period with you.
Do you train our team?
Yes. Training is part of every project, using your own transactions, with follow-up sessions as needed.
